"South Sound Ductless installed a ductless mini-split heat pump recently and we are really happy with the installation by Travis Crissman and his crew. The Daikin four head system has performed flawlessly. Each indoor component has a dedicated remote thermostat to manage the temperature in each zone independently. The system is very quiet indoors and out. We got two other bids and selected Travis because of his lengthy experience in the industry, knowledge of the technology, and clear understanding of how to do the installation. They were finished in two days, cleaned up the job site, did a thorough walk-through with us at the end (just like he did at the beginning) and has been available to take phone calls when I have further questions. Job well done and we highly recommend this company to you. I posted photos of the thermostat, indoor heads in the living room and a bedroom, the outdoor unit and the plastic covering which hides and protects the copper pipes that link the indoor heads to the outdoor unit."
